In 1968, at just 22 years old, Hector joined the team as a truck driver, responsible for supplying branches and delivering products. Seven years later, he made a pivotal shift in his career: he began working as a field sales representative, covering new areas, attracting clients, and strengthening our market presence.
By 1977, he moved into the commercial office, where he solidified his role as a key figure within the Steel Sheets Division. His technical expertise, daily dedication, and commitment to team growth made him a true cornerstone of the department. For decades, he trained, guided, and solved problems — always with the same energy and willingness.
The end of the year coincided with the closing of an unforgettable chapter: his retirement. In a heartfelt gathering filled with gratitude and memories, we shared words and moments that will stay with us.
