Our story began over 80 years ago, when pioneer Mr. Dionisio Francovigh laid the foundation by repairing and selling agricultural machinery. Today, more than 170 team members form a unified workforce committed to delivering products and services of superior quality.

Our history
1944
The first office, with four employees and an overhead crane for the repair and sale of agricultural machinery, was located at 1957 Maipú Street, in the city of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
Electric pantograph for steel plates
1947
An electrically operated pantograph is incorporated for cutting steel plates with high precision and excellent finish.
First machine shop
1948
Two bench lathes, a drill press, and other machinery are purchased; production begins on bronze cast parts used in pressurizing flamethrowers to combat the locust plague.
New products
1950
With a team of 25 collaborators, production of bench drilling machines begins, and lathes and shapers are added to the facilities.
Acquisition of Pamia S.A.
1959
With the aim of entering the oil industry, the company decided to incorporate Pamia S.A., a forging industry firm located in Fighiera, Santa Fe.
New site (current)
1968
The 8.5-hectare site at Ovidio Lagos Av. and Circunvalación Av. from Rosario was purchased to relocate and install the new infrastructure for Francovigh S.A.
Site expansion
1970
Two years later, with the construction of additional production facilities, the Fighiera factory was also relocated to this site.
Acquisition of Forja S.A.
1984
The decision was made to acquire Forja S.A., a company located at Av. Ovidio Lagos 5349 in Rosario, to manufacture auto parts and address identified needs within the automotive industry.
Nuclear Industry
1996
We achieved our first ISO 9001 certification, which enabled us to enter the nuclear industry through the manufacturing of forged flanges and special components.
SAC-D Satellite Components
2011
Manufacturing of parts and components that formed part of the SAC-D / Aquarius Satellite, launched into orbit in 2011 and completing its mission in 2014, aimed at measuring ocean salinity.
3,500-ton Hydraulic Press
2012
Commissioning of a new press and fully automated production of flange series.
80 years
2024
We celebrate 80 years of uninterrupted production, driven by passion, excellence, and commitment to the industry.
New flattening machine
2025
Incorporation of a new coil flattener for thin carbon steel sheets, expanding our service range to cover the entire line and delivering optimized solutions for the industry.
